Smilewerk opened on Kantstraße in 2008 as a small general practice and has grown into a four-clinician team covering general, cosmetic, surgical and endodontic care, without losing the habit of explaining every plan before starting it.
Before we touch anything, you know what we are planning, what it costs and what the alternative would be.
How we work
Most first visits start with a conversation, not a drill. We want to understand what brought you in, what's worked or hasn't in the past, and what you actually want out of treatment before we propose anything.
For anything beyond a routine cleaning, you'll get a written plan with cost, expected visits, and the tradeoffs of any alternative approach, so a decision can be made calmly, not in the chair.
