System live24/7
One practice. One system. Around the clock.
An AI assistant that answers every call and makes its own. Plus your new website and a patient app, all in one system.
What a practice loses today, it loses quietly.
None of these show up on an invoice. Together they are the most expensive line in the practice.

Everything a practice needs digitally. From one supplier.
An appointment the assistant books over the phone at 21:40 is in the dashboard and in the patient's app seconds later. No export, no reconciliation, no second invoice.
Your new website
The exact site you have just been looking at, with your practice, your treatments and your team. Built for Google, and as fast on a phone as on a desktop.
IncludedAI assistant, inbound
Answers every call, including at ten in the evening and on a Saturday. Books appointments, answers questions about parking and insurance, recognises emergencies and escalates them.
24/7AI assistant, outbound
And it makes calls of its own. Hygiene recall, next-day confirmation, follow-up after a procedure. This is the part nobody else ever gets round to.
AutomaticPatient app
Patients book, reschedule and track their own appointments, with a member card and treatment history. Runs in the browser, no app store and nothing to install.
PWAPractice dashboard
It all lands in one place. Booked by phone, in the app or on the website, it is the same list and the same confirmation email.
Live
Try it now
Not screenshots. The actual screens.
Everything below runs live in this browser. Talk to the assistant, open the patient card, look at the dashboard.
Talk to the AI assistant
In the browser or on the demo number. It looks up appointments and patient records, reminds, takes payments securely, and calls out on its own.
The website itself
The site you have just been reading is part of the offer. Look at it again as a patient would.
The patient app
Book and track appointments, member card, history. In the browser, no app store.
The practice dashboard
What your front desk sees: today's schedule, confirmations and pending bookings.
The switch takes two weeks, not two quarters.
Import
We take your appointments, opening hours, treatments and clinicians out of whatever you use today.
Teach
The assistant learns your practice: directions, parking, insurance, emergencies, and who does which treatment.
Go live
Booking and phone go live on a Monday morning. Your existing number stays exactly as it is.
The infrastructure underneath is audited, not just promised.
Calls, recordings, appointments and payments run on infrastructure audited to SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, operating under GDPR and HIPAA-ready. Patient data stays in the EU.

Audits and certifications held by the infrastructure we run on. Which providers those are is our problem, not yours.
What practice owners ask first.
Does this replace my front desk?
No. It takes the calls they cannot answer anyway, because they are chairside or because it is eight in the evening. The people at the desk then do the work they are actually there for.
Will patients know they are talking to an AI?
Yes, and the assistant says so itself at the start of the call. Under the EU AI Act that disclosure is required in any case, and it costs nothing: patients do not mind, as long as somebody picks up.
What happens to our patient data?
It stays in the EU, on servers in Germany, under an Article 28 GDPR processing agreement. We do not sell data and we do not train models on it.
And if we want to leave?
You get your appointments, patient records and recordings as a full export. No minimum term beyond twelve months, no charge for the export.
Would you rather see it running in your own practice?
We set up a demo with your opening hours, your treatments and your team. Thirty minutes, no slide deck.
